One year ago, eligible V Teamers worldwide were awarded 50 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for full-time employees and 25 RSUs for part-time employees, with half vesting on January 31, 2019 and the other half on January 31, 2020. Eligible employees outside the U.S. received a cash bonus opportunity that is based on and tracks the value of 50 RSUs for full-time employees and 25 RSUs for part-time employees.
The value of the first half of the RSUs vesting in 2019 will be based on the closing price of Verizon stock on Jan. 31, 2019. Stay tuned. We will be sending an email to eligible employees after the market closes on February 1.
Eligible V Teamers will receive the first half of their award as a cash payment in March. Payment for U.S. employees will be in their March 22 paychecks while those outside the U.S. will receive the award in their March payslip.
